Noelle McElrath-Hart, Founder

Noelle is a communications professional with more than ten years of experience in the field. She began her post-college career with a role at The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York as a Public Relations & Marketing Associate. The experience gave her hands-on experience with being a spokesperson and developing public program events. Additionally, Noelle co-led the museum’s social media team and frequently appeared in on-air, radio, and print interviews on behalf of the museum.

After working hybrid following the COVID pandemic, Noelle fully transitioned to a remote Account Manager role with Clear Strategy Partners. In this capacity, she developed her skills in client relations and project management while working with brands in the clean energy space, including TerraPower and Holcim US. Additionally, she created policy-focused newsletter campaigns for the US Tire Manufacturers Association to champion the trade organization’s goals to members of Congress.

Following her agency role, Noelle went on to work as a Business Development Manager for the Emma Bowen Foundation. Bringing over her skills in digital marketing, she streamlined communication practices for the organization by implementing its first brand kit and digital media analytics to properly evaluate campaigns. Additionally, Noelle led the development for fundraising campaigns and professional development services for the foundation.

Noelle then worked as a federal contractor with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Clean Energy Deployment through BCS Allegient. Utilizing her project management and stakeholder skills, she led the development of fact sheets, social media campaigns, web copy, and newsletter updates for OCED’s grant award programs for rural and remote communities.

After administrative changes to the DOE, Noelle worked as a contractor for DRIVEN360 in Atlanta, GA. She expanded her agency skillset to consult on communication strategies for international brands, including The Headrest Safe Company, RBW Electric and Go Power! by Dometic. Additionally, Noelle worked with municipalities like the City of Peachtree Corners in Georgia and Dallas, Texas to develop earned media campaigns to highlight the cities’ smart eco systems.

In late 2025, Noelle founded 19th and Peach to work more strategically with clients and organizations looking to improve their communication strategies.

Noelle currently resides in the suburbs of metro Atlanta with her dog Paisley and cat Paisley. When she isn’t working, she enjoys tending to her garden, watching movies, and going to K-pop concerts.
